Defendant
A, Defendant B, and Victim C (M, 53 years of age) are workplace pay.
1. Defendant A
A. On June 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim at the place of the “E” director’s domicile located in D at the end of the Gyeonggi-do, which was around the end of June 2016, and on the part of the victim, the victim was able to wear clothes to provide meals, and the victim took the right chest of the victim’s hand, and forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force. 2) On July 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim at the same place as above at the point of the first instance trial around July 2016.
3) On July 2016, at the same place as above, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as Da himself, and her son and her son, and her kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s kn’s am.
5) On November 2017, 2017, the Defendant: (a) checked the mechanical operation condition before the director of “E” located in F in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si; and (b) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, after checking the mechanical operation condition; and (c) on December 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, with the victim, at the front of the machinery at the place specified in paragraph (e) of the said paragraph, at first instance and second instance time; and (b) committed an indecent act by force, on the part of the victim, with the victim’s chest in order to booming materials, at the front of the “E” director located in G in the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Seoul; and (b) on August 1, 2016, the Defendant committed an assault against the victim’s booming of the victim’s boom with the victim’s Da and his arms after the victim.
2) On October 1, 2017, at around 09:00, the Defendant used “E” director located in F in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, and used arms to use the name of the victim and to use the name of the victim strokely, at his domicile. 3) The Defendant used the name of the victim strokely.
