A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00 in the “F” restaurant located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) as a place where a branch of G and the victim H (n, 16 years of age) are traveling opposite to each other, and (c) was seated adjacent to the victim; (d) 3 times the victim’s buckbucks are seated; (e) the victim’s hand was fucks by inserting his hand; (b) the victim’s hand was kneeped; and (c) reported the victim’s hand, knished, and completed the meals, and committed an indecent act by coercioning the victim’s face to the victim’s face.
2. On December 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30 on the lower order of December 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (b) opened a restaurant of the “F”; (c) opened a place where G and the victim H face with meals; and (d) sited in the victim’s side; and (c) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by making approximately three buckbucks by hand.
3. On January 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, at the above “F restaurant; (b) as a place where G and the victim H face and take meals, and (c) was seated onto the victim’s shoulder; (d) opened the Defendant’s arms above the victim’s shoulder; and (e) took around three times the victim’s bucks by hand, and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.
4. On January 20, 2013, the Defendant, around 20:00, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by making up approximately three bucks by hand at the victim’s cafeteria, where G and the victim H face with each other and are taking meals.
5. On January 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, at the above “F restaurant; (b) as a place where G and the victim H are traveling in opposite to each other; and (c) was sitting in the victim’s side; (d) reported the victim’s bucks that he/she would leave; and (e) reported the victim’s bucks that he/she would leave, and took the victim’s face toward the victim’s face, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim.
6. On February 21, 2013, the Defendant, at the early 21:00 above “F” restaurant, was seated either at G and the victim H facing each other, and on the side of the victim.
