A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 Highest 533" is a person who operates a H club in Dongducheon-si AO.

1. Habitual indecent acts by compulsion of a victim V (V), age 25);

A. At around December 24, 2014, the Defendant habitually committed an indecent act on the part of the victim, who is an employee of the said club, on his/her own hand, committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

B. On January 3, 2015, at around 05:37, the Defendant habitually committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim on the part of the victim, with his/her finger hand, on the part of the victim.

C. At around 02:32 on January 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, on the part of the victim, who was standing in the above club on his/her part on his/her son and her chest; and (b) attempted to conceal the fry of the victim.

On January 21, 2015, at around 01:29, the Defendant habitually committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by locating the victim's wound with his/her fingers so that he/she can be seen as the victim's breasts.

E. At around 01:07 on February 17, 2015, the Defendant habitually committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim, who was seated in the above club, with his/her finger alone, committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. Habitual indecent acts by compulsion of a victim AD (n, 27 years of age);

A. On December 23, 2014, at around 00:27, the Defendant habitually committed an indecent act on the part of the victim, who was an employee of the club, by using his arms behind the victim, who was her employee, and committed an indecent act on the part of the victim, by using his her son’s son’s son’s son’s chest.

B. On December 29, 2014, the Defendant habitually committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by attaching the victim’s body by hand at the above club around 01:37 on December 29, 2014.

3. On February 5, 2015, the Defendant habitually committed indecent acts by compulsion against the victim K (the 23 years of age) committed by the Defendant on February 5, 2015, at the above club around 01:53, when the victim, who is an employee of the said club, was released from the victim’s chest by his/her own loss.
