A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads;
A. On April 4, 2016, the Defendant driven a car by driving a car at C Saturdays without obtaining a driver’s license on April 4, 2016, and operated a approximately one kilometer section in front of the road in front of the Sejong-si public parking lot located in the same city of Sejong-si, 35-ro.
B. On May 27, 2016, the Defendant operated a car at around 600 meters wide from May 27, 2016 without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle and operating the car at around 09:25 to the front road located in the same Dong in the vicinity of Pyeongtaek-si.

On June 2, 2016, the Defendant operated a vehicle at around 300 meters section in front of the 58-day city-Eup/Myeon in front of the 58-day city-Eup/Myeon in front of the 201-30 driver’s license without obtaining a driver’s license, and driving the vehicle at around 300 meters.
2. The defendant who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Damage is a holder of a C-to-land cruise ship, and no one shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance.
A. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(a), operated the said Korean-type cruise car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance.
B. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1(b), operated the said Saturdays cruise car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance.

The Defendant operated the said local-type cruise car which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1)(c).
