A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Where a transferee of an automobile intends to transfer to a third party, he shall make the registration of transfer of automobile in his name before transferring it;

The Defendant, in the same manner, set Esch Rexton car at the Hacheon-si in the 30th of the same month on the 30th of the same month, set F F Vietnam-cracked car at the Cheongju-si in the Cheongju-si in February of the same year, set GM5 car at the Daegu-si in February 15 of the same year, and set GM5 car at the same year.

A. On January 2016, the Defendant operated a halog car, which was not mandatory insurance, from around the Yancheon-si Station located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the apartment parking lot located in Seo-gu, Daejeon.

B. On February 15, 2016, around 16:00, the Defendant operated a GM5 car, which was not mandatory insurance, from the front of the 16:00 metropolitan city located in Daegu-si to the non-permanent apartment parking lot located in Seo-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu.
