Around 10:49 on June 7, 2016, the Defendant was driving a Dunst Motor Vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the Do in the front of the Chyeong-gun, North Chyeong-gun to the front of the Chyeong-gun, the right of permanent residence, in approximately 40 kilometers from the Do in the direction of 40 kilometers before the IC to the right of permanent residence.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a holder of Dunst Motor Vehicle.

Although the owner of a motor vehicle is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, the defendant operated the motor vehicle on the date and place specified in paragraph 1, about 40 kilometers, which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

1. On July 21, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a Dunst vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on July 21, 2016.

Although the owner of a motor vehicle is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, the defendant operated the motor vehicle without mandatory insurance at the date and place specified in paragraph 1 above.
