Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2014, at around 17:57, the Defendant: (a) followed the victim B who purchased marina tickets prior to the issuance of horse tickets installed on the second floor of the Changdong Branch of the Korean Racing Association in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, on the second floor, around 67-ro 14, and (b) cut off the horse racing by inserting hand on the right money of the victim without a spirit to view the horse racing in an amount of KRW 70,00,000, totaling KRW 200,500, including the purchase right of KRW 3,000, KRW 130,500.
