A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Smoking marijuana;

A. On August 201, 2017, the Defendant: (a) deducted the tobacco tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s behind the D school located in S, and she smokeed in a way that smokes the smoke by attaching a fire to it.

B. On August 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) deducted the tobacco tobacco’s tobacco smoke from his passenger car parked behind the above D school; (b) put it into marijuana approximately 0.5g; and (c) smoked in a way that smokes by attaching a fire to it.

On August 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) deducted the tobacco tobacco’s tobacco tobacco’s tobacco base from its passenger car parked behind the pertinent D school at around 20:00; (b) put it into a 0.5g g of marijuana; and (c) smoked marijuana by attaching a fire to the smoke.

2. On August 29, 2017, the importing Defendant ordered marijuana to “E” residing in California and deposited KRW 57,914 as the purchase price in the account used by “E”. The “E” entered approximately 2.8g of 2.8g in the international mail, and entered the addressee into “A” and the purport of “A” and “A” in the said air mail, and sent it to the Incheon International Airport located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Airport around September 19:31, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana.
