Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates “D dan” and a singing practice hall, each of which are prohibited from having access by and employing juveniles on C4 levels in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

1. On May 20, 2017, the Defendant violated the Juvenile Protection Act, at around 23:02, the instant “D dan”, which is a business establishment banned from allowing access by and employing juveniles, sold alcoholic beverages harmful to juveniles, without verifying resident registration certificates or other identifications verifying the age from 6 juveniles, such as juvenile F (16 years of age) and his/her work, and by providing the said F and his/her work to 4,000 won per week, and selling alcoholic beverages harmful to juveniles.

2. The Defendant violated the Music Industry Promotion Act from around 21:50 on May 20, 2017 to around 23:30, sold alcoholic beverages by allowing the Defendant to enter the above “Esing room” room No. 5, a singing practice hall, and allowing juveniles to enter and leave the room other than the hours for admitting juveniles as prescribed by the Presidential Decree, and by providing the above G with 4,000 won a week 2 sick.
