Punishment of the crime

The defendant operated the "Dud practice hall" on the Gwangju Mine-gu C and the first underground floor.

1. Although a music practice provider in violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act has to ensure that juveniles do not have access to the above music practice place during the hours other than the hours from 9:0 a.m. to 10 p.m., the Defendant had access to the above music practice place on September 4, 2016, including E (17:00) juveniles around 02:0.

2. A person who violates the Juvenile Protection Act was prohibited from selling a drug harmful to juveniles to juveniles, but the Defendant sold the drug harmful to juveniles to E (17) and one other than the juvenile, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, two diseases and three diseases, which are the drug harmful to juveniles.
