Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a singing practice hall with the trade name called a singing practice hall in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City B and the third floor.

A sing practice room business operator shall not admit juveniles except for the hours for admitting juveniles prescribed by Presidential Decree (09:0 to 22:00).

Nevertheless, at around 00:00 on December 16, 2017, the Defendant entered 10 persons, including D(18 taxes, souths, etc.) who are juveniles, into the singing room and violated the business operator's rules.
