1. Larceny;

A. On February 27, 2017, the victim C’s YF rocketing vehicles: (a) on the E parking lot located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si; (b) on the part of the victim C, the Defendant: (c) on the part of the victim C, driven the vehicle with the intent to transfer the FYF rocketing car to others; and (d) on the part of the victim C, the vehicle was parked with the key attached to the E parking lot located in Gangnam-si; and (e) on the part of the victim C, the vehicle with the vehicle with the engine

B. On May 23, 2017, the victim C’s thiefed vehicle: (a) the thief was parked in the E parking lot located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si; (b) the vehicle’s key was displayed at around 17:00 on May 23, 2017; and (c) the victim C’s market price was at approximately KRW 7:70,000, G Aburged vehicle with the intent to transfer it to another.

On May 2017, the Defendant stolen the thief vehicle of the victim H by driving the vehicle in the E parking lot located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, the middle 19:00, which was parked with the key of the vehicle attached to the vehicle, with the intention of transferring the IMO-learning vehicle of approximately KRW 8.3 million at the market price owned by the victim H, to another.

On May 26, 2017, the thief Defendant of the Victim C's low vehicle theft was stolen by driving the vehicle at a high-speed parking lot located in the Gangnam-siJ on May 26, 2017, with the intention of transferring the vehicle's market price of approximately KRW 12 million, which was parked with the vehicle's key attached to the vehicle's vehicle C.

2. On May 24, 2017, the Defendant illegally used a motor vehicle by driving a motor vehicle of approximately KRW 1,500,000,00 in the E parking lot located in Gangnam-si D, which was parked with a vehicle key attached thereto, with the driver of the victim H(42) who was a motor vehicle with the driver’s seat attached thereto, with the intention of lending it to another person, and used another person’s motor vehicle temporarily without the consent of the right holder.

3. Fraud;
