Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 12, 2014, the Defendant was released on December 24, 2014, when he was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Daejeon District Court’s Branch, and on January 13, 2015, the period was expired.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Larceny;
A. On December 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered the F Poter Cargo Vehicles in the amounting to KRW 3 million in the market price owned by the victim E, which was parked with a key set up in front of the D Do restaurant located in Bocheon-si, Bocheon-si, 2016; and (b) cut off, driving, driving, as it is, the vehicle with the key set up by the said B Poter.
B. On December 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered a J cargo vehicle of KRW 10 million in the market price owned by the victim I, which was parked in the lower hole following the H located in G, with the keys attached thereto, and (b) stolen the vehicle by driving the vehicle as it is, with the keys of the said cargo vehicle, while driving the vehicle as it is.
C. On December 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered a NAⅡ cargo vehicle in the victim M-owned market value equivalent to KRW 5 million, which was parked with a key set up in the vicinity of the LM located in K, and (b) cut off by driving the vehicle as the key of the said cargo vehicle as is, and driving the vehicle.
At around 22:30 on January 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim’s O-owned market value of 4.7 million won, where the Defendant was parked at the 104 Bosk K apartment 104, 105 Bosa-si, Bosa-si 65 Bosa-si, Bosa-si, Man-si; (b) drive the vehicle as the key of the said cargo vehicle and then stolen it.
E. At around 17:40 on January 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of Twitter cargo vehicles owned by the Victim S, which were parked without correction from the RR company located in Q Q, and discovered the walletss between the driver’s seat and the chief lighting; and (b) stolen KRW 300,000 in cash from the wall.
2. On January 16, 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around 21:15, the victim U-owned market value of KRW 4 million, where the Defendant was parked with a 35-ro shot apartment 1, shot-ro, a yellow-ro, a yellow-ro, 35 shot-ro.
