Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On February 27, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered and driven a 1 set of the Fpoter spacker, spacker, spacker, spacker, spacker, spacker, and knife the 2 million won market price owned by the victim E, which was parked in the front of “D” located in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group C.
B. On April 13, 2014, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered and driven one NEbba in an amount equivalent to one million won in the market value of the victim’s possession, where the key was parked before the victim’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun L, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. At around 23:00 on February 27, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, driven from approximately 4 km to approximately 4 km in the vicinity of the creation of the YU-Eup, the Fpoter spoke-down truck, from around 23:0 to around 3:00.
