A. Defendant C’s KRW 5,00,000 and for this, KRW 5% per annum from March 19, 2016 to April 13, 2017.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On August 1, 201, 201, the Court rendered a judgment of invalidation of hearing by a trial state of the F Religious Organization General Assembly on the dispute surrounding the EM and the decision of provisional disposition (1) regarding EM, which is a church belonging to the F Religious Organization General Assembly, as a member of the EM that belongs to the FM Organization General Assembly.

B. Illegal acts against the Defendants against the Defendants (1) on November 16, 2012, the Defendants and members of the JJ organizations, including L, M, etc., agreed to continuously interfere with their church access in order to prevent the long-party members from exercising their right to decide on the operation of the E church.
