"2013 Highest 1295"

1. On October 9, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 5 million by a fine of KRW 2 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from an Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch as well as a fine of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the same court on November 6, 2012.

On February 12, 2013, at around 04:43, the Defendant driven C rocketing 3 car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.081% without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 5km section from the front day of the mutual influence in Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the front day of 05:11 on the same day.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) was the owner of Crocketing 3 automobiles; (b) was operating an automobile without mandatory insurance, at the same time and place as indicated in paragraph (1).

3. On June 12, 2013, at around 10:26, the Defendant driven a D car without a driver’s license from a section of about 1km from the front of the mountain basin located in the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the narrowness roads located in the same 809.
