1. Larceny;

A. On November 21, 2016, at around 12:50 on November 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of one cell phone of KRW 25,000, a resident registration certificate, and a new physical card, each of which contain one copy of the victim’s cash, and one cell phone of KRW 800,000,000,000, in the market price, which was 25,000.

나. 피고인은 2014. 6. 경 부산 금정구 남산동 소재 버스 정류장 의자에서 피해자 F이 술에 취해 잠을 자고 있는 것을 발견하고 그의 옆에 놓여 있던 피해자 소유의 시가 25만 원 상당의 선글라스 1개, 시가 20만 원 상당의 선글라스 렌즈 1개, 시가 40만 원 상당의 티쏘 시계 1개, 시가 15만 원 상당의 현대자동차 차량 열쇠 1개, 현금 30만 원 등이 들어 있던 시가 22만 원 상당의 쌤쏘 나이트 가방 1개를 가져 가 이를 절취하였다.

On August 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the main point of “H” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G around August 17, 2016, the Defendant brought the victim I’s resident registration certificate owned by the victim and stolen it.

On September 2016 to October 10, 2016, the Defendant, at a club located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, brought one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate owned by the said club operator and stolen it.

E. On July 2016 to September 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while playing in the “L” club located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K, the victim M has damaged the floor; and (b) caused the victim’s resident registration certificate owned by the said club operator to theft.

F. On October 2016, the Defendant was placed in the subway station located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, to Incheon, while getting on and off the iron, and brought one copy of the victim N’s resident registration certificate possessed by the historical manager.
