A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 19, 2017, around 02:18, the Defendant, who received special larceny, was in front of the “E” main point of the victim’s D operation on the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1’s floor, and was placed adjacent to the interior stairs of the building, shouldered the lower end of the entrance glass of the said main entrance and exit the lock onto the main entrance, and applied the lock device to the main entrance, but did not find it.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to steals another's property by destroying and damaging part of a structure at night, but did not bring about such intent.

2. On February 1, 2017, around 14:55, the Defendant infringed on a structure, and stolen the victim’s G management “H” in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul, opened a entrance in which the victim was not corrected by creshing the door, and intruded into the office, and carried out a simple safe of 600,000 won in cash owned by the victim and stolen another’s property.

3. A thief: (a) on January 1, 2017, at the “K convenience store” operated by the victim J in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, around 01:00, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property in total seven times from around the above day to February 12, 2017, including hiding the victim’s management in a cresh, thereby hiding the victim’s tribed Kim & Kim (1), and 22,400 won (2,700 won).

4. Around 02:00 on February 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) found the victim L on the road front of the upper end of the building located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul; (b) one credit card, physical card, one resident registration certificate, etc. on which the victim L lost; and (c) an unclaimed wall on the market price.

The defendant shall have his own property without taking necessary procedures, such as returning the property acquired as above to the victim.
