The Defendant stolen, on March 14, 2018, a “D” club located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 02:00, with 2.30,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim E, located far from the floor of the club, and 2.50,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim E, the NH Bank, the NH Bank debit card, the Trick transportation card, the resident registration certificate, etc., and thefted with MaCM 1

On March 14, 2018, the Defendant attempted to obtain pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of 40,000 won by presenting the said debit card to the victim, who was operated by the victim G in Gangnam-gu Seoul on March 14, 2018, received from the victim G’s “H” operated by the victim G in Gangnam-gu Seoul, the name of his/her employee, who was his/her employees, and subsequently was aware that the employee was a legitimate holder of the Nonghyup Bank’s debit card, as described in the above paragraph (1).
