Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Around March 20, 2012, the Defendant and C concluded a sales contract with the intention to purchase the land E, 101 Dong 1102 owned by D, but failed to pay the down payment and remainder within the promised period, the Defendant and C agreed to submit a false lease contract under the name of F in order to win in the name of the building (Seoul District Court Decision 2015DaDa232555, Incheon District Court Decision 2015DaDa23255). The Defendant and C conspired to submit a false lease contract under the name of F in order to purchase the above apartment amounting to KRW 530 million by forging the real estate sales contract with the intent to purchase the above apartment amounting to KRW 530 million in the name of the building.

1. On December 2015, the Defendant: (a) forged private documents; and (b) in the form of a real estate sales contract prepared in advance at an irregular place; (c) the Defendant: (a) using a fluorial pen in the land category column; (d) “B7.06” in the column of land category; (b) “B78.06”; (c) “refinite apartment complex” in the building structure and use column; (d) “278.30” in the size column of the building; (d) “Min three hundred and thirty million” in the purchase price column; (e) “Min Man,00,000” in the down payment column; (d) “D” in the intermediate payment column; and (e) the remainder column in the intermediate payment column “Tcheoncheoncheon-gu, 2012.” (e) the seller’s name “D” will arbitrarily succeed to a bank loan from the bank loan column; and (e) the seller’s name “HD” in the column.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, forged a real estate sales contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and duties, for the purpose of exercising the rights and duties.

2. On December 9, 2015, the Defendant and C used the forged real estate sales contract as evidentiary documents to the employees in charge of the above court who are aware of the forgery at the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch Office located in 127 on the upper day of Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Incheon.
