Reasons
Punishment of the crime
B From January 1, 2019, around I, J and H leased Nos. D, E, F, G, and H of the building in Kimhae-si, and operated I, J and sexual traffic businesses from April 14, 2019, which resulted in conflict with the Defendants, and the said sexual traffic businesses. B, from April 14, 2019, employs women, makes an advertisement on the Internet website, and the Defendant informs them of the sexual traffic course and set a schedule, and K asks them to supply sexual traffic products to the women of sexual traffic, and to collect money from them.
1. The Defendant, from April 14, 2019 to April 23, 2019, placed an advertisement for commercial sex acts, including the violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. and the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. As a result, the Defendant conspiredd with B and K to arrange commercial sex acts from April 14, 2019 to April 23, 2019, and advertised to induce sexual traffic and buy sex.
2. No person in violation of the Educational Environment Protection Act shall operate a business establishment falling under the “public notice of the decision on a business establishment prohibited from employing juveniles” notified by the Minister of Gender Equality and Family in an educational environment protection area;
Nevertheless, the Defendant is to use B, K, and from April 14, 2019 to April 23, 2019 as the place of sexual traffic in Kim Sea C building D, E, F, G, and H in an educational environment protection zone.
