Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant in collusion with C in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) concluded a lease contract with the Defendant as the owner of the above commercial sex acts, and recruited women to do commercial sex acts. The Defendant, as the head of the above commercial sex acts place, planned to publicize commercial sex acts

Accordingly, from June 4, 2018 to July 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 150,000 to KRW 50,000,000,000,000 for each of the instant officetels from the said officetels as a brokerage fee; and (b) arranged sexual traffic to unspecified male grandchildren who reported to and contacted with “J” and “K,” a brokerage site for Internet sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant, together with C, arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

(b) No one shall advertise any business establishment that violates the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, etc. Act, such as sexual traffic or arrangement of commercial sex acts, or advertise to induce or induce other persons to buy sex;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with C, posted the age, height, weight, photograph, photograph, and the front flag, etc. of the female sexual traffic to the “J” and “K”, which are the site of sexual traffic brokerage, in order to advertise the said sexual traffic business from June 4, 2018 to July 30, 2018.

As a result, the Defendant placed an advertisement on a business establishment that performs the act of arranging sexual traffic in conjunction with C, and recommended or induced the purchase of sex.
