A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 1, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of three years and a short of two years and six months at the Gwangju District Court on July 1, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 29, 2014.

『2014고단5003』 피고인은 2014. 9. 25. 18:30경부터 19:20경 사이에 서울 구로구 가마산로27길 69에 위치한 신구로초등학교 후문 앞 노상에서, 피해자 AC(13세), 피해자 AD(12세)에게 다가가 “전화 좀 쓰게 빌려달라”라고 말하여 피해자 AC으로부터 시가 90만 원 상당의 갤럭시 S3 스마트폰을 건네받아 전화를 하면서 걸어가다가, 스마트폰을 돌려달라는 피해자 AC에게 인상을 쓰면서 “내가 전화중인데 왜 찡찡거리고 지랄인데”라고 욕설을 하고, 손으로 피해자 AC의 목을 툭툭 쳐서, 이에 겁을 먹은 피해자 AC으로 하여금 위 스마트폰을 돌려받는 것을 단념하게 하였다.

1.
