Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. At around 04:00 on January 7, 2015, the Defendant, at the entrance of D Spare in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, destroyed the Defendant’s name with one set of Samsung Gallon 4 smartphone in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,000,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was the victim’s own land, was set away on the tree’s own.
B. On January 10, 2015, around 07:58, the Defendant: (a) at the above D SP public waters room; (b) at the victim E’s diving, the Defendant: (c) was a hand with one device of 700,000 won at the victim’s market price, the victim’s ownership, which was next to the victim’s locking; and (d) took a theft from the Defendant.
C. At around 03:00 on January 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with one set of KRW 3 smartphone 1,000,000, the market value of the victim owned by the victim F, which was next to the victim, during the period when the victim F was diving.
At around 10:22 on January 26, 2015, the Defendant, at the above D SP public waters room, cut off one unit of Samsung G 4 smartphone in Samsung Gallon at the market value equivalent to KRW 900,000,000, which was the victim’s ownership next to the Defendant, during the period when the victim G was divingd.
E. On January 29, 2015, around 05:43, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of the above D SP PP earth site; (b) during the period when the victim H was diving, the victim’s market value, which was 80,000,000 won adjacent to the Defendant, stolen one set of Samsung Ggallon 2 smartphone in the amount of KRW 80,000,000.
2. Defendant B
A. At around 15:00 on January 7, 2015, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 220,000 with knowledge of the fact that one of the gallon 4 mobile phones was a stolen goods in the gallon city of KRW 1,000,00,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, where the victim’s name he/she stolen from the above A, is unknown, from the alley-gu a 5-gallon road located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
B. The Defendant at around 09:00 on January 19, 2015, at the opening of the cancer station in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, there is only one gallon 3 mobile phone jumt in an amount equivalent to KRW 1 million in the market value of the victim F owned by the said A.
