[Defendant A] On May 16, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for one year with prison labor at the Busan District Court for the transfer of stolen property and is still under the suspension of execution for two years.

1. Defendant A

A. At around 00:00 on September 12, 2014, the Defendant purchased smartphones with 50,000 won by purchasing smartphones, which are stolen goods lost by passengers, from the taxi engineers who see their lights under the above and below, against many unspecified taxi engineers in front of the new road of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. From the taxi engineers with no knowledge of their names, the Defendant purchased luxon 2 smartphones with 1080,000 won per 54:30,000 won per day from September 13, 2014, by being aware of the fact that the price of smartphones equivalent to 1,281,00 won per total of 14,00 won per annum, from the taxi engineers with no knowledge of their names, from September 13, 2014.

In this respect, the Defendant acquired stolen goods.

B. On September 12, 2014, the Defendant received 87 smartphones equivalent to KRW 7,677,00,00 in total at the market price of 90,000,00,000 from B, a taxi driver, who was acquired from B, who was not aware of his/her name, from B on September 12, 2014, for the foregoing reason, from the victim’s O-owned smartphones at the request of the “P” in Daegu, the Defendant received and kept the aforesaid smartphones upon being aware of the fact that they are stolen, from that time until September 13, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendants stored stolen goods.

2. Defendant B’s Defendant around 00:30 on September 6, 2014 against an unspecified number of taxi articles that passed from the front of Quak Station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
