The sentence of sentence shall be suspended for the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant forged an official document, even though he left the Department of Engineering for the National University Materials of C, for the purpose of forging the certificate and submitting it to D “D” at the time of graduation, sent information necessary for the above Article of the certificate of graduation to the e-mail address posted on the Internet site by the e-mail address posted by the influence person, and deposited KRW 350,000 in the e-mail account in the name of E

On December 2, 2016, the name Buddhistist stated that “A certificate of graduation, name: Date of birth: G, material engineering, date of entrance: Date of graduation from March 2, 1991: February 198; H: “H”; and “C University Department of the Department of the Department of the Department of the Department of the C University on December 22, 2016” and sent it to the Defendant by electronic mail by converting the official seal under the name of the Secretary of the Department of the C University to an image file, and the Defendant forged a certificate by printing the above image file from “D” office located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a university graduate certificate against the Defendant under the name of the C University Department of Education, which is an official document.

2. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant, at the office of “D” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on December 15:0, 2016, issued a forged university graduate certificate to the J representative of the management support team who is aware of the forgery, as described in paragraph 1, and exercised the certificate as if it were duly issued.
