A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:25 on May 5, 2014, the Defendant interfered with business, at the street in front of the hospital located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, rejected the vehicle without any justifiable reason, such as: (a) refusing to board and depart from the passenger taxi operated by the victim D while arriving at the destination; (b) smoking in the said taxi; and (c) taking the victim’s bath, “I ring out, sing away, sing away, sing out, sing away, and resident registration certificates.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's taxi business for about 30 minutes by force.

2. On May 5, 2014, at around 03:45 on May 5, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties: (a) received 112 reports to the place specified in paragraph (1); and (b) heard that he would be subject to disturbance from G, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Sungdong Police Station, who was a police officer belonging to the F District Unit of the Seoul Sungdong Police Station, and returned home to the site; (c) took the face of the said G; and (d) took the bath that “Isn's police , Isss kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn's kn'

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reports and maintenance of order by police officers.

3. Around 03:45 on May 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) heard the victim slope, a police officer belonging to the Seoul Sungdong Police Station F District, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112, to return home from the victim H, and the victim patrolmen; (b) the Defendant told the victims of the foregoing taxi engineer D and the bating person who was in the front place of the instant taxi driver D, in the presence of the victim’s meeting, “Isn the police fat, not the victim, who was in the front of the police fat; and (c) the victim, who was in the front of the police fat; and (d) said, “Is the victim, who was in the front of the police fat; and (d) the victim, who was in the front of the police fat; and

Accordingly, the defendant insultd the victims openly.
