Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:25, May 22, 2015, the Defendant insultd the victim publicly by referring to the “Eju” operated by D in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, as a large sound from the place where the Defendant was asked about the case, such as whether he would pay the purchase price from the victim G, who is an slope belonging to the F District Unit of the Incheon Southern Police Station, which was dispatched after receiving a report of 112 that “the damage would not calculate the drinking value.”

In the date, time, place, such as paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant insulting G, a slope belonging to the F District Unit of the Incheon Southern Police Station, and was arrested as a flagrant offender from H as a flagrant offender, and committed assaulting the police officer, such as harming the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties, by committing assaulting the said G’s chest part with both arms and selling, and intending to control G with their arms.
