Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On September 29, 2005, the status of the Plaintiff et al., C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Co., Ltd.”), D, and E were established in M on September 29, 2005, and the name of the company was changed to E on January 11, 2012.
