1. The Defendants jointly share the Plaintiff KRW 421,236,665 and 5% per annum from September 16, 2015 to December 12, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned 1) Defendant A is a multi-use building with three lots of land, such as Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, E, F, and G (Y), with the size of 1st square meters underground and 10th square meters above ground, including business facilities (office 24 rooms) and urban-type residential housing (multi-household 3 rooms) (hereinafter “instant building”).

B) B From August 10, 2015 to July 31, 2016 during the construction period, the construction area of 236.37 square meters, total floor area of 2,279.08 square meters, total construction cost of 1.98 million won and total construction cost of 1.98 million won and Defendant Jinchi Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Jinchi Construction”).

(2) On August 1, 2015, Defendant A performed the instant construction work as an agent of Defendant A and a substantial site manager, while managing and supervising the instant construction site on the following grounds: (a) Defendant C, along with J, the father of Defendant A, performed the construction of steel and concrete removal at the site of the instant construction; and (b) Defendant C, upon the request of J and Defendant A on July 2015, performed the overall management and supervision of the instant construction site; (c) Defendant A’s agent and the actual site manager.

3) Defendant B is Defendant D (hereinafter “Defendant D”)

(4) Defendant C is responsible for the installation of the instant construction site, around August 2015, by checking on the ground and other relevant conditions for the installation of the foundation, and examining in advance the design or construction methods of the foundation, having K et al., who is in charge of the installation of the foundation, having K et al., who is in charge of the installation of the foundation, after consultation with the contractor, and having K et al., who is in charge of the prior and subsequent supervision.
