1. As to each of the Defendants’ respective Plaintiff KRW 45,924,670, and KRW 20,000,100, among them, the Defendants shall be from September 16, 2015 to November 23, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. (i) Defendant B is the owner of the instant construction work, and the construction work that constructs a new urban-type residential complex building (hereinafter “instant construction”) with the first underground floor in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and the tenth above ground, and the construction work that directly performed the said construction work by borrowing a construction license from F Co., Ltd.

Shed Defendant C, along with Defendant B’s father, performed the construction as the agent of Defendant B and the substantial site manager, while comprehensively managing and supervising the said construction site.

Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) entered into a contract with Defendant B to lease and establish the Ilst Work at the site of the instant construction work (hereinafter “the instant other Work”) with the company performing the duties of leasing and installing equipment of the other Work.

Applicant The Plaintiff is a cler belonging to the mobile park company “H,” and is a person driving the mobile park with a height of about 40 meters at the construction site of the instant construction site (hereinafter “the mobile park”).

B. The design of the type of the instant workshop and the circumstances at the site of the instant construction (i.e., the total height of about 36 meters, 30 meters, 6 meters, etc.), about 20 meters in the main length, 8 meters in the length of the camera, 20 meters in the maximum work radius, and 2 tons in the rated.

In order to install the above workshops in accordance with the safety certification of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, it has laid off one-lane concrete 150 meters from the ground in a stable support (self-reliance, 3.35 meters) and then the basic ground area in which the total weight of the concrete and the poppy mast is 72 tons x 19 meters in the diameter in the inner diameter x 4,700 meters in length x 19 meters in the diameter x 36m in the length x 1245m x 36m in the diameter x 5m in the length x 5m x 1.2m in the thickness.
