1. The defendant shall make the money stated in the "amount claimed" column in the attached table 2 of the claim statement to the plaintiff (appointed party) and the appointed party.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a local public enterprise that has invested in full in Incheon Metropolitan City and is operating and managing a public facility management project, such as parking facilities under Incheon Metropolitan City, underground shopping malls, funeral facilities, sports facilities, etc.
Plaintiff
The defendant is a current or former worker of the defendant.
B. The Defendant’s remuneration paid to the Plaintiff, etc. is paid in accordance with the Defendant’s remuneration regulations, remuneration regulations, commercial employment regulations, instructor labor contracts and operating regulations of the Incheon Metropolitan City Facility Management Corporation, welfare regulations, and welfare regulations, and welfare regulations. The remuneration paid by the Plaintiff, etc. is paid for overtime work, overtime work allowances, holiday work allowances, night work allowances, and annual leave allowances (hereinafter referred to as “four allowances”).
