A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 9, 2014, at around 00:20, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) arrested the “C” restaurant located in Mapopo-si B as an assault charge; (b) demanded a policeman to present identification card to verify his/her identity; and (c) presented his/her resident registration certificate to the police officer in the E zone located in D at the same time on the same day; and (d) unlawfully used another person’s resident registration certificate by presenting his/her prior resident registration certificate to the police officer.

2. At around 01:00 on September 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested the police officer of the Military Police Station affiliated with the Military Military Police Station to sign and affix a seal on a letter of arrest of flagrant offender H in the said E zone; (b) as such, as if he were the G, the Defendant forged the above G name’s signature without authority with the intention to enter “G” in the column for confirmation of the said certificate and to exercise it.
