Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On March 18, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and the period of parole was expired on September 30, 201 during the execution of the sentence, and the period of parole was expired on December 5, 201 of the same year. On July 31, 2012, the Seoul Northern District Court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Northern District Court, and on November 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Northern District Court, and on November 6, 2014, the judgment became final and conclusive on February 25, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The defendant is a driver of the BMW car in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license).

On October 8, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.102% of blood alcohol concentration around 05:50, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the said BMW car to the front road of the GW car driver’s license test site located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu, through the mutual influence on the roads from 97-32, digital Guro-gu, Seoul, without a driver’s license.

2. On October 8, 2014, at around 06:45, the Defendant damaged goods for public use by taking one automatic shock box, where the market price of which is not known at the wall is unknown, after being arrested as a flagrant offender due to the crime and assault described in paragraph (1) in front of the above G driver’s license test site, and the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender, and then was arrested as a police box located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, the Police Station of Gangseo-gu, thereby damaging the above goods used by public offices.

3. Crimes committed against each letter of arrest of flagrant offender;

A. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2, arrested a flagrant offender as stated in Paragraph 2, and moved to the above H police box, and then requested by the police officer I and J to affix his signature and seal to the column of confirmation letter of arrest of a flagrant offender, respectively.
