A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 14, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the Cone Star Cargo Vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the apartment complex to the front of the road of approximately 2 km from around 143 meters in the Guri-si Mari-si Mari-si Mari-si Mari-si Mari-si Mari-si Mari-si Mari-si.
2. On March 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a traffic accident while driving the cargo vehicles listed in paragraph (1) on the front side of the Guri-si (B), and was dispatched to the site after receiving a traffic accident report; (b) entered the “F, G, and written “F” in the name of the voluntary accompanying consent column for the investigation of the traffic accident from the police officer E belonging to the D District of the Guri-ri Police Station, who was called to the site after receiving a traffic accident report; (c) entered the “F,” in the name of the voluntary accompanying consent column; and (d) entered the “F” in the “W” column and submitted the private person at that site to the said police officer, who is aware of the forgery.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged F’s signature and used forged F’s signature.
3. On March 14, 2018, the Defendant visiting the Guri Police Station H to conduct the foregoing traffic accident investigation at around 06:10, the Defendant entered “F”, “G”, “G”, and “F” in the date and time column of the statement in the statement column and submitted “F” to the statement column for the purpose of investigating the traffic accident at around 06:10, the Defendant entered the current state of the occurrence of the traffic accident at around the same place, and submitted the false statement to the Guri Police Station guard and the assistant I of H as if the document was duly formed.
As a result, the defendant has forged one copy of the traffic accident occurring in the name of F, a private document related to the proof of facts for the purpose of exercising, and exercised a forged statement.
