A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) theft and night-time theft: (b) theft: (c) around 06:20 on December 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim D, which was parked in front of the cafeteria “C” restaurant located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) stolen the victim D, who was in front of the cafeteria; and (c) intruded into the storage of food materials beyond the above cafeteria; and (d) stolen the victim’s market price of KRW 10,000,000, which is the victim’s possession thereof, with one can.

2. The Defendant damaged property at the above date and at the above time, the Defendant collected and destroyed the lives equivalent to KRW 1,567,000, the market price of the victim D owned by the above liversary materials stored in the storage of the above livers. The Defendant laid and damaged the lives onto the bottom of the lives lives at the market price of KRW 350,000, and the lives cans at the front glass of the above lives as set forth in paragraph 1 were collected at the market price of KRW 750,00,000, which is the total market price of KRW 2,667,000, which is the victim’s possession.

3. On December 21, 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny, at around 06:30 on December 21, 2015, the victim F, who was parked in front of Suwon-si E, opened an unrecepted door and took a seat in the driver’s seat, with an intention to steal the freight vehicle, and instead failed to carry the key attached to the vehicle at a food strawing room in order to avoid the freight vehicle. The Defendant attempted to steal the vehicle by driving the said truck but failed to carry the key at the wind reported.

4. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving at the same time and place as paragraph 3, and without a driver’s license, drive the said G Poter freight at a distance of one meter.
