Defendant
(O) A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year, and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.
However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, on October 26, 2017, found a cargo vehicle of AD GaB owned by the injured party A in a factory space located in Gohap-gun AB around 23:30 on October 26, 2017, and the DefendantO, on board the cargo vehicle, taken out one oil tank containing approximately 15,000 liter of gasoline at the market price of the cargo vehicle.
In addition, Defendant A, along with the method of viewing the network, stolen the property owned by the victim, and Defendant A, together with the attached list of crimes from around that time to October 28, 2017, stolen the property equivalent to the total market value of KRW 25,500 by the same method twice in total, together with the previous list of crimes / [1]
2. DefendantO
A. At night, at night around September 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded into AG operated by the Victim AF located in Gohap-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun at night by the end of the night; (b) went through a back door, which was not locked; and (c) took two pets with a gasoline of 3 liter in an amount equivalent to the market price of KRW 4,500, the victim-owned by the victim; and (d) cut off the property of KRW 240,750, total market price by the same method, such as 12 times in total, from around that time to January 20, 2018.
