A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by impairing the victim's structure at night.

On December 3, 2017, the Defendant entered around 10:00 around December 3, 2017 at the places specified in paragraph 1, and entered the said places in which the victim owned by the foregoing method, and carried 3 enlisted a week of 4,500 won in total.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure and stolen the victim's property.

On December 5, 2017, the Defendant who attempted to larceny upon a structure at night, had an object at the places specified in paragraph (1) around 20:00 on December 5, 2017, and entered the lawsuit in such a manner as above in mind that he/she had the object at around 20:00.

While the owner or any other property was found, the victim was discovered to F, the father of the victim, and the purport was not achieved.

Accordingly, the defendant did not commit an attempted theft of the victim's property by impairing the victim's structure at night.

2.
