Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A (criminal record) was sentenced by the Seoul Western District Court on February 6, 2013 to imprisonment for a violation of the Telecommunications Business Act, etc., and the execution of the sentence was completed on January 12, 2014 at the Seoul Western District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant is a person who operates a separate telecommunications company with the trade name "(main)B" in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Building D.

No person shall provide services that can display a false phone number of a caller for profit, such as forging a false phone number of a caller.

Nevertheless, around April 25, 2016, the Defendant established and operated the Defendant’s Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., and received KRW 36,500, in return for the payment of KRW 1,00,00 per annum, from customers, to provide the Internet telephone opening and call number change service.

On November 8, 2016, the Defendant provided the “G” from the Yandong E Building F of the Magu, Ansan-si, the Defendant changed the phone number to I when the phone calls were sent. From that time until February 24, 2017, the Defendant provided the Defendant with the service of falsely displaying the phone number 2,380 times as indicated in the attached crime list, from that time, when the phone number was changed to I.
