A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
In order to repay debts to C, the Defendant of 2015 Man-Ma577, “The Defendant 2015 Man-Ma577,” concealed the massageist, etc. in a manner that pretends to be entrusted with the authority of her mother D with respect to her sirens, etc. to deliver the massageist, etc. for debt repayment to C.
1.
