Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a real estate real estate agent office in the name of “D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” on the first floor of the victim C-owned building in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. On November 12, 2012, the Defendant forged private document at the office of the above D Licensed Real Estate Agent, using a computer network installed at the location of the real estate in the form of the monthly rent contract for the commercial building, the Defendant printed out one copy of the monthly rent contract for the commercial building, stating in the column of the location of the real estate in the form of the said monthly rent contract for the commercial building, stating in the column of the deposit “Seoul Mapo-gu”, “B million won” in the column of the deposit, “one million million Won” in the remainder column, “C” in the lessor column, and “E” in the rent column, and then affixed C’s seal prior to holding in the name of C.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a monthly rent contract for commercial buildings in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Around November 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) reported the transfer of the place within the jurisdiction of his/her licensed real estate agent office in Mapo-gu Office, Mapo-gu, Seoul; (b) had a public official in charge who could not know his/her name of forgery submit the forged monthly rent contract as if the completed contract was genuine; and (c) exercised it.
