Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) leased No. 104, Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, B building No. 104 from D in the name of his/her parent C for the purpose of operating the management store of the skin and the four days; and (b) the competent tax office changed the name of his/her actual business operator to the name of his/her name and changed the lease contract for E to the lessee.

Accordingly, the Defendant without authority for the purpose of exercising the name and resident registration number of the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B104 on October 16, 2014, on the location of the site for the real estate lease contract (Seoul Metropolitan City) and on the deposit sheet, the Defendant stated the name and the address of the lessor at his/her own discretion on October 1, 2014, the name and the telephone number of the lessor at 00,000,000 won (2,00,000 won) in the deposit sheet (2,00,000 won) and at his/her own discretion on October 1, 2014, the Defendant stated the name and the telephone number of the lessor at 0,000 won (18,00,000,000 won) and the telephone number at 10,000,0000 won (24 months after the date of lease, 24 months after the date of compulsory removal of value-added tax column, 00,000 won or more (2.).

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of D, a private document on the duty of rights.

2. On October 16, 2014, the Defendant submitted one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of D, which was forged, as prescribed in paragraph (1), to the public official in charge of receipt of the contract, when filing an application for the change of the business operator with the Seocheon Tax Office located in Seocheon-ro 17, Seocheon-gu, Incheon, Seocheon-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the defendant is a forged private document.
