A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, in collusion with the name-free person who became aware of while searching for the loan on the Internet, provided the lessor's role, the defendant served as the lessee, and provided the forged lease contract as security and received the loan.
