A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as the Defendant was holding office in “B”, forged a certificate of employment, etc., thereby doing as if the Defendant were a earned income earner, and had the victim C receive a loan from the victim C.
1. Forgery of private documents;
A.
