A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, in collusion with the person in bad name, provided the lessor's role as the tenant and the defendant provided the forged lease contract as security and received the loan.

1. On December 201, 201, the Defendant conspiredd to forge a false apartment charter contract with a person who was unaware of his name by making a telephone conversation at an insular place.

The defendant's personal information, actual address, owner's name, etc. is known to the person under the name of the defendant, and the person under the name of the defendant was falsely stated in the column of the terms and conditions of the apartment charter contract, "L", "L", "M, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AS apartment 1-205, and "O", and affixed L seal next to the L's name.

2. On May 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained a loan from an agent AV’s agent AW who is aware of the forgery at the AU Certified Judicial Scriveners Office located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) held that one copy of the forged apartment lease contract was a document duly formed.

3. The Defendant, in collusion with the person who was unaware of his name, presented one copy of the apartment charter agreement forged at the time and place mentioned in paragraph (2), and the person who was unaware of the name of the tenant himself, saying, “If he borrowed 40 million won for three months, he would make a false statement of partial transfer of security deposit equivalent to 60 million won out of security deposit, after deducting 1.2 million won from the interest interest as 3rd party and deducting 1.2 million won as 6 million won.”

However, the above lease contract was forged.

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with the name in the name of the defendant in the name of the victim AV.
