A, C, D, E, F, G, and H shall be punished by a fine of 500,00 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 80,000 won, respectively.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

[Status of the Defendants] I is the heads of the J Branch of the Korean Democratic Construction Workers' Union (hereinafter "J Branch"), the heads of J Branch's organization, and L is the heads of J Branch's sub-chapters, the Defendants, M, N, andO respectively.

[Methods of Assembly] P Co., Ltd. (Representative Q), a construction machinery lessee, had been awarded a subcontract for civil engineering work in the field of T-site construction work performed by R in the building site of Gancheon-gun, Gancheon-gun.

On December 2015, the case was committed against the theft of the equipment cost which Q received from R Co., Ltd., and due to this, the payment of approximately KRW 320 million in total, including the equipment rent, labor cost, etc. of the members of J branch, including L, which transported sand from the above construction site with a dump truck, was delayed.

Therefore, the J branch demanded that R, the original office, be able to receive the overdue equipment rent, etc., but R, the company already paid equipment rent, etc. to P, which was rejected on the ground that it could not be paid twice.

The members of the J branch, including the Defendants, reported the assembly to the U police station, and held an assembly in the name of V before the construction site from April 18, 2016 to May 23, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. On May 5, 2016, Defendants A, C, D, and G conspired with M, K, and L, and around May 5, 2016, Defendants A, C, and D interfere with the construction of new apartments of R, Inc. by force, by blocking three dump trucks from entering the construction site to transport soil at the later entrance of the construction site at the construction site.

2. On May 10, 2016, the Defendants conspired to occupy the R-site office in order to accomplish their demands on May 10, 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendants infringed on the second floor of the above site office around 16:30 on the same day with N, I, K, L, andO, and up to 18:00 on the same day.
