A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 8, 2014, around 09:55, around October 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) infringed upon the victim’s residence through a living room window installed in the string of the building in question, where the victim was living in Busan-gun C and 202, and the victim’s G located in the victim’s G, and where the victim did not have any creb in his/her residence; (b) infringed on the victim’s residence through the living room window installed in the string of the building in question; and (c) stolen the victim’s 780,000 won of cash on the string of the victim’s room.

On October 9, 2014, around 06:30 on October 9, 2014, the Defendant damaged a copy of the glass window where the market price, which is the victim’s ownership, was unknown, by putting a stone on the first floor of the above restaurant, in order to intrude into the restaurant for the purpose of property preservation, at around October 9, 2014 in the “J restaurant” in the operation of the victim I, which was located in the Busan District captain-gun, for the purpose of property preservation.
