Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2015, at around 01:54 to 02:10, the Defendant obstructed legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention of crime and patrol of police officials by assaulting D, such as cutting off the front of D while taking a serious bath against the Defendant, who had been used in India while under the influence of alcohol during the hours of service in the Daejeon Police Station C District of Daejeon, which was called upon receiving a report.
