Defendants shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 1, 2015, Defendant A: (a) obstructed the road along with scarp’s street 237-way-ro, Jinju-si, Scarp satellite Broadcasting (237-ro, Jinju-si); (b) was urged to return home on the ground that there is a danger of traffic accident from Jinju-gu Police Station C Zone D, which was under the patrol, and from slope E, the police officer was forced to stop home on the ground that he was in danger of traffic accident; (c) obstructed the scar in front of the scar; and (d) obstructed the scar in front of the scar; and (d) assaulted the E’s chest to the floor of the scarp, who was removed from the said E.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the maintenance of police officers E's order and the legitimate execution of duties on crime control.

2. Defendant B, at the time and place as stated in the above Paragraph (1) above, expressed that the slope E belonging to the Jinju Police Station C District would arrest A as a flagrant offender due to criminal facts such as the date and time stated in Paragraph (1) above, and expressed that he would be less than the back part of the above E, and that he would be in the position of the Jinju Police Station C District C District unit of the Jinju Police Station, intending to board A at the patrol vehicle, and assaulted Defendant B with both hand, such as taking the chest of the above D.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of police officers E and D's order and crime control.
