A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 9, 2016, at Jeju Island B, the Defendant informed the Defendant of the matter of caution on the ground that the two males were being asked for early demand from the slope D belonging to the Jeju East Police Station C District District of the Dong Police Station, the Defendant called up after having received a report that the two males might be sicked, and then set off the front of the said D, who was trying to board a patrol vehicle to stop the front of the said D, and set up D’s police uniforms by hand, and carried it over by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted D and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported duties.

The favorable circumstances: The facts of the crime are recognized and the degree of exercise of force to police officers is not serious: the poor quality of the crime, such as exercising force to police officers by disregarding public authority; the fact that there is a force of having been punished by a suspended sentence of imprisonment for the same kind of crime: The motive and circumstances of the crime, circumstances after the crime was committed, the defendant's occupation, age, family relationship [the sentencing guidelines]] for the reasons that there is no basic area of obstruction of performance of official duties (6 to 1 year and 4 months) [the scope of recommendation guidelines]. It is so decided as per Disposition for the reasons that there is no basic area of obstruction of performance of official duties.
